Introduction
The multi-way valve adopts a unified modular design as a whole, which can provide reliable system solutions for manufacturers of engineering vehicles. Users need to make different combinations of valve bodies according to functional requirements, which is simple and reliable. It can be a simple load-sensitive manual multi-way valve, or an electronically controlled proportional control valve with unsaturated function that has nothing to do with load and pump flow.
principle
Usually, the working valve sections are arranged in groups, and the inlet valve block has a built-in three-way pressure compensation bypass relief valve (logic element, when the multi-way valve stops operating and each valve is in the neutral position, the valve uses the compensation pressure (6 -·12BAR) bypass main oil circuit flow. When a certain valve is working, the bypass port of the valve will decrease under the load pressure, and provide the required flow according to the load pressure.
Load Sensing Shuttle Valve:
The load sensing shuttle valve transmits the load pressure of each working valve section to the pressure compensating bypass relief valve of the inlet valve block.
Two-way pressure-compensated differential pressure reducing valve: When multiple working section valves work at the same time, the load pressure is transmitted to the spring side of the valve. At this time, through the negative feedback of the valve core, the pressure difference at both ends of the throttle valve port is automatically adjusted to keep it basically unchanged. Under its action, the flow rate of each valve remains constant and is not affected by load changes. Safety relief valve:
Usually used for limit protection of working mechanism, such as luffing cylinder
Electromagnetic overflow valve:
It is used for the overrun protection of the working mechanism, such as: the moment limit of the crane, the three-turn protection, etc.
Proportional pressure reducing valve:
Located on the opposite side of the handle rod of the working valve, it is a direct-acting proportional pressure reducing valve, which drives the spool valve to achieve proportional reversing. Note: the proportional reversing of the direct-acting proportional pressure reducing valve is different from the manual proportional reversing. Not good, if it is used for applications with high flow control accuracy, the working valve plate with proportional servo drive configuration should be used.
